As an independent consultant, I want to build on the knowledge and experience already gained, and continue to evolve in order to be able to provide customers with the most complete package possible. Unburdening customers is the goal I strive for day in day out. When the customer is happy, so am I. Together we build a constructive cooperation in an environment of trust and expertise.

My appetite for specialization grew, and I had the opportunity to develop as a Junior System Engineer. An opportunity that I seized with both hands. In less than two years I had built up enough knowledge and experience to grow to the next level.

From my position as a first line helpdesk employee I have experienced how an end-user thinks. To facilitate in the best possible support, it was necessary to be able to switch quickly and read between the lines. This period was a very educational experience.
